A Map of Her Face

When I started photographing this senior I realized that I could study the valleys and curves of her facial features all day. She is simply stunning and I wanted to use light to bring out the gorgeous curves and angles that could be achieved with just the slightest turn of the head.

Doesn’t she look like Audrey Hepburn?

Cloaked in Love and Tradition

This family wanted me to incorporate a baby ring that was from their grandmother and bore her name, the name this little girl had. The ring had the initial of the name. I also took some photos of her wearing a bracelet that they used to identify the grandfather in the hospital back when he was born. It bore their last name so I’m not including the photo as I try to always respect the security of my clients.

I love when parents ask me to include something that has personal meaning to them in the shoot…that’s what I’m all about!

Corporate Headshots…Warmed Up and Personalized

Yes, I do photograph headshots but they won’t be the sterile on a gray background type of photos. They will portray the sparkle and zest for life that you want to put across in your professional photographic statement.

This lovely woman, Ildi Hosman, is the incoming president of the 09-10 Junior League of Pensacola. She is an amazing woman who I deeply admire. She is also the person who will be working hand in hand with me in my ‘09 Women of Inspiration Campaign doing my public relations and press. Did I mention that she is amazing? If you are running a business and need a great Media Consultant, you need to call her!

Anyway, here she is…

Atlanta Family

I enjoyed spending time with this family in Atlanta. The kids were so fun each in their own individual way.

Teen Brothers

Do you know what I found fascinating about these guys? That despite how different both their personalities and hobbies are, they are able to come together and appreciate each other. That is brotherhood at its finest.

This is 16 yr old Zach. He likes sports, is very active in soccer, and attends Catholic High…

And this is 19 year old Josh. He loves music and caring for the Earth…

They come together in their absolute love of long-boarding – just chilling w/each other…

Congratulations John and Barbara!

All of my regular blog readers and/or clients are now scratching their heads wondering why they are looking at wedding photos when I don’t shoot weddings. Ahhh, but it wasn’t a wedding. The family got married today on the beach but two weeks ago they got dressed up, had their hair, makeup and flowers done just like it would be today so that I could capture them on the beach w/o any stress from the wedding day.

They love my work and wanted me to artistically capture this special time in their lives like I had done for their daughter when I did her senior portraits.

So here is to John and Barbara who, as of a few hours ago, are know husband and wife…may your life be filled with the joy of each other.

She was spinning around and I just love how carefree she looks here…

This is a very formal portrait, it reminds me of a romantic watercolor…

Beautiful Mom with her gorgeous daughters…

Ending on something fun…sisters surprising their younger brother…

Chubby Cheeks

Oh my, I just love chubby cheeks on babies. When my youngest sister was a baby we used to say she had chipmunk cheeks because it looked like she was storing nuts for the winter.  This newborn has those type of cheeks that make you just want to smooch them.
